Above and beyond satisfied

I'd just bought a car and needed it insured before I could drive the fair distance home. Not only did I get a great deal I also had home insurance at a fantastic deal too. My battery was going on my phone and I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and was extremely satisfied with everything. I suffer with anxiety and fair play to the lovely fella who dealt with me, he kept me cool and calm, well informed and even laughing and all done with battery life remaining. So thank you Admiral for hiring such a great man who did his job perfectly and was so understanding also and went above and beyond and made it all such a great experience for me and thank you so much Tom, I appreciate all the help and advice you gave me.
