Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Good customer service and effective problem resolution but they're not always the cheapest for first-time drivers.

Ultimately, Admiral is a very good insurance company. I've been with them for a couple years now and the price is good - I was able to get full cover and other perks for much less than expected! During the few times I've needed to speak to someone, their customer service has been efficient and issues get solved quite quickly. However, I think they fall short with how much they charge new drivers; I would have liked to have insurance with them from day 1 but as a new driver the price was much higher than what was manageable- black box or not.
