Fast service, courteous staff, fair outcome

I was overwhelmed by the response that I had when I had to contact Admiral. Firstly, there was little waiting in a queue listening to warped, loop music. I was listed to with courtesy and respect, information was gathered and a fair outcome agreed. Treatment like this will ensure customer retention, and expand the products and services I may use in the future. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
