Helpful, flexible staff

Staff were helpful & talked me through the different options I could play around with to reduce my premium whilst still ensuring I had all the things I need on the joint car & home policy. They even suggested I could ask my parents to join up policies but this wasn't possible. I've been with Admiral for 5 years, they are usually one of if not the cheapest on comparison websites, they've upgraded their online portal to make it easier to make changes & gave everyone a £25 rebate during the pandemic.
