Professional service

The gentleman who helped me with my quote and signing up process was highly professional. He genuinely seemed to care about what he was doing and made a point of being honest and reliable when getting back to me. Outside of this experience I have no complaints so far, with coverage being as promised and additional support being in place for the other aspects of my cover. It compared well price wise with other quotes and the online communication seems efficient. There’s only so much you can say about car insurance really… if you hear an American voice when you call up for a quote and he has the same name as a 1990s tv show about a psychiatrist, stay on the line!
