Friendly helpful staff and a fair price

I've used Admiral for our motor policies for a couple of years and decided to try out the offer of adding household to our multi insurance policy. It had to be done by telephone but the lady I spoke with was friendly, competent and professional. It didn't take too long to go through the details and the premium I was quoted was fair.
