Just what you want from your insurer

My wife was involved in a serious road accident and unfortunately she was responsible for what had occurred. Her beloved car was a write-off as was the other car involved. We contacted Admiral who were excellent - dealing with all parts of the claim in a timely, professional and empathetic way. Admiral also recognised how my wife had cared for her car - full main dealer service history, maintained regardless of cost etc. and offered a very acceptable price for the car - no arguing or negotiating needed which my wife had been quite stressed about. She is now back in the same make / model of car (slightly newer) but this has undoubtedly helped her settle back into driving after the traumatic events and I’m very grateful to Admiral for helping us achieve this position so quickly. We hoped never to have needed this service, but now that we have had such a positive experience, I would have no hesitation in advising others to use Admiral. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
