by miles is excellent for drivers who do not rack up a lot of miles each year. their app is easy to use, and their rates, although climbing recently, are more reasonable for insuring your kids if they are 25 or older. Its a shame that age minimum is not slightly lower as By Miles could be the most competitive for responsible college grads who start driving and need insurance. By Miles should follow what US car insurance companies are doing; reduce premiums and age minimums for university students with higher grades who show seriousness and responsibility reflected by their good grades.
