Review of the ManyPets, Pet insurance:

They put people and animals first

I’ve been with manypets for years with my two dogs, and each time I’ve contacted them I’ve been overwhelmed with their kindness. My dog had major heart surgery two years ago and it came out of the blue. When I phoned manypets having never made a major claim and being so worried I felt like I was speaking to a friend, they were so kind, helpful and showed such empathy. Each time I have contacted them since, no matter what for I have been touched by their response. Now as my dogs condition worsens and he enters palliative care they have been such a support. I have and will continue to shout my recommendation for manypets loudly and frequently and I for one won’t go anywhere else any time soon. I also visited a DogFest event recently, and we noticed although it was sponsored by them, they took the extra mile with the staff who were wonderful and the activities for the dogs, it seemed much more than just putting their name as a sponsor, they were involved and cared - which is how I see them as insurers. I just can’t see any other insurer who deserves this more. Insurance has this persona of being obstructive and unhelpful, and that’s been my experience with other providers across different areas of insurance.
