Immediate payment - no avoidance tactics

Two of my dogs, insured by different companies, had similar vet treatment at the same time - Many Pets paid straight away with no fuss. The other, older, longer-standing institution (which I have Insured dogs with for 20 years now) took 6 weeks, requested the same information 3 times, asked for Vet histories from almost most vets in town and paid less out, for effectively the same condition (single dental condition) Would not fail to recommend Many Pets - overall a far better experience!
