Helpful, Understanding and Sympathetic.

I had a problem with one of our little staffies, whereas I had to take him off the joint insurance plan I had with Many Pets. Some months later I contacted Many Pets to see about insuring him again. I couldn't have wished for anybody more understanding than the helpful person at Many Pets. They even reinstated my little Rocky on the previous joint plan which was cheaper than insuring him separately. It was all dealt with efficiently and with kindness and sympathy.
