Ethical, honest, family banking.

I've been with Nationwide since I was just 14 and have never had a bad experience with them in nearly 25 years. I've several accounts with them and a mortgage and home insurance. I trust them unlike many other banks and most importantly they aren't as bad as HSBC, Barclays etc. in investing in new fossil fuels etc. They have a degree of ethics. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024

Trustworthy, available, honest.

I've been with Nationwide for 20 years now and they have never put a foot wrong. I have multiple accounts with them - ISA Help to Buy, FlexAccount, FlexDirect, 1yr Triple Access Savings, contents insurance, and a savings account for my child - and have only ever had a very positive experience. They never mess me around, deceive, or make it difficult to get help. They paid out my insurance claim immediately and without question. And MOST importantly they don't invest any of my money in fossil fuels, they use 100% renewable electricity, and they don’t send any waste to landfill. They are truly an ethical option unlike several other major high street banks who are propping up the destruction of the planet and children's futures. I feel so safe with Nationwide

I've been with Nationwide since I was a teenager and have used their home insurance for several years now. I also have out and about cover and bike insurance. I've made a claim for something that I doubt other insurance companies would have covered, but Nationwide were great and so supportive. Their products are reasonably priced and the customer service is lovely. You don't feel like you're about to go into battle when you call them, which makes the world of difference when it comes to insurance. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Brilliant insurers, would definitely recommend

I've had an excellent experience with Many Pets over the past two years. Unfortunately my greyhound has had a fair few issues and lots of trips to the vets, some lengthy stays. Many Pets have nearly always been super fast and responsive and supportive. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is quite a lengthy process for one very large claim which left me struggling and chasing for a while, but I understand it was a bit more complex than others. Sometimes for smaller claims they settle within a couple of hours! They are also fantastic on the phone, once I had an emergency on the day of a funeral and they were so kind.
