Makes a bad experience less difficult to manage

I was so impressed by the customer service I received when I had to claim for my dogs. On both separate occasions, the claim process was simple and I was kept up-to-date by text and email as to what stage my claims were at. When one claim was rejected (due to a lack of clarity around the cause), my appeal was straight forward and swiftly dealt with. For both claims, the process overall took just a couple of weeks, which really surprised me. Also, if you contact them, by telephone or email, you get a response. They provide a very humane service, not just force you through an automated system. I will never change insurance company after the experience I have had, and highly recommend them.
