Simplicity itself!

I have had pet insurance before elsewhere and when I took out a policy with Many Pets for my new Dog I expected the same by way of service and experience. Wrong on all levels. Really good customer service when making enquiries and evaluating policy options and since I have needed to make a claim - WOW! - no lengthy claims process and refreshingly no surprise deductions. Apart from the excess that is it, the claim is paid. It couldn't be more simple and vastly different to my past experiences with previous insurers. So happy I have found Many Pets.
