Caring, affordable and reliable

I have used other insurers with my previous pets and Many Pets has proved to be by far the best for me. When calling the call center I'm greeted by a friendly service who takes their time to ask about the pet/s aswell. The prices have rose since taking out the cover but it's still affordable and inline with what I would expect (having compared the quotes each year they do fall in to the lower price category). Insurance claims have been dealt with in a speedy manner and have liaised with my veterinary team for information causing me to have little input and possibly causing me to delay the claims. The first time I had to claim was when my puppy had bloat and required emergency surgery. I was panicked by everything from my puppy to the claim, the staff talked me through everything and reassured me that it was taken care of. There has never been hidden charges and everything I want to know is easy to find on their website or by calling the helpline. I can relax each month knowing that my pets are cared for.
