Appalling level of service

An absolutely appalling level of customer service. All seems fine until you actually need to claim. Then the Company doesn't actually exist. You're not their customer you're immediately passed over to a repatriation company. No help with accomodation or anything. In fact you're not really acknowledged untill you're out of hospital and they're ready to send you home. Only then do things start to happen. They make lots of nice noises but no protocols or processes for helping you when you're abroad. Always know which repatriation company will be dealing with you because it's them that deal with you not your insurance company. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
