Mixed feelings!

The person dealing with the accident was fabulous, took all the details and it was stressfree. The people dealing with the courtesy car, again I cannot fault. The team dealing with the insurance payout however have been dreadful. I was told I could claim for the £80 I paid for the number plate retention following my car being written off. I’ve sent proof of payment several time yet still after 2 months I’m chasing for the payment. Unresponsive to emails and it’s getting tiresome! Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
