Bad experience

Phoned up to change my registration because I brought a newcar, I had 6 months to go on my policy, I was told my underwriter wouldn’t let me make changes so I have to cancel my policy and take out a new one, I was told my 6 month of policy left was only worth 48p ( what a joke), so basically I lose over £100 because I’m being made to cancel and told to pay another £229 for a new policy. One call customer services are a complete rip off, I went on the online customer portal and put in my new car details and no problem had to pay £67 for admin and extra premium for the 6 months left, Went through no problem SO WHY DID CUSTOMER SERVICES TRY ABD RIP ME OFF BY TRYING TO MAKECME CANCEL A POLICY I DUDNT HAVE TO AND TRY AND GIVE ME 48p FOR IT, Don’t use One Call Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
