Quality when you need it

The quality of insurance is a bit of an unknown until you need to make a claim which i hadn't for many years until a reckless driver crashed into the rear of me whilst stationary. From start to finish the claimline staff were excellent. They were highly professional, emethetic and very helpful. The claim was settled very quickly and my car was repaired to as new standard. It was collected within days, a hire car was left at the same time and returned in around a week. I would highly recommend One call and give them full marks. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025
