Very quick resolution to a prob;em

Whilst comparing quotes from various insurer on a price comparison site - using Firefox web browser - I mistakenly filed in a crucial item in another brokers window !!! all seemed OK until a few days later One Call informed me that I hadn't completed the insurance acceptance. Immediately I corrected the mistake and confirmed problem solved using the live chat where I conversed with someone who understood my concern confirming that everything was now OK. It very reassuring that One Call's system is so efficient. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
