Half way

I decided to assign this title"Half Way" because if I need to change some details on my policy such as address or mobile number is fine or if I m frustrated I can reach a live chat by login...al fine but...only for marginal issues.One good thing is they offer Breakdown cover on any policy but I never tried this service..If Customers have serious problems such as Claims,updates exc..they not able to spend one word on that matters.I report here my experience and unfortubately I had claim for total loss of my bike and after report to one call I was address to another insure company and after report to them I was address to another company which they deal woth my claim. It s quiet easy to understand that with this labhrinth and ping pong of non informations is very easy to walk away from resposabilities and duties. I think the title of this review "Half Way"suite perfectly what I experienced. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022
