Review of the One Call Insurance, Insurance Broker:

Not one call

Not really one call, needed an explanation of why I was being charged more than my quote, had to call a couple of times.. Best price I could get which I was happy with but charged £3 extra as I did not inform them of a none fault accident (I didn't know as the accident was not my fault and there was no claim and no cost) charged a massive admin fee for adding the £3! Not happy. Would not use this company again sorry Reviewed on: 29th September 2022
