My experience

One call insurance have been second to none and I’ve tried numerous motor insurance companies over the past 25 yrs. but from here on in I’ll certainly look no further!!! My motorcycle was stolen and recovered and thier help and advice every step of the way was to put in a single word phenomenal!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone from my own personal dealings, the staff I have dealt with were not just knowledgable, reassuring and courteous but treated you as a person not just a statistic. As is the case with the majority of others nowadays grab your business and give you zero feedback or support. I’ve even managed to talk my friends already into switching to one call due to thier annoying experiences with other companies. Just by sharing my continuing positive treatment. It’s true what you’re taught as a child in my day a little common courtesy and respect goes a very very long way. Glad to see that one call insurance still produce and carry these morals within their training of staff and the sheer manners of the staff they employ.
