TOO LONG

ONE CALL takes was too long to do a claim. I haven't had to do a claim in more than 20+ years, and the one time I do, for something which was stolen, it's taken nearly a month to finalise. This is way too long, especially as they were give ALL the information required, and even though they were given all the information I still couldn't get money back for all tht was taken because they said anything from the home, which was on it isn't covered. I definately will NOT be renewing with them again. Reviewed on: 9th October 2022
