Highly recommend

Every time I have called them they have been very clear and helpful. Their documentation of what is/isn’t included is clear and written in layman’s terms which I like. We have used the free vet service which was 5star and saved us a £70 vet trip. Granted (and touch wood), I have not yet needed them for a major issue, but my experience so far, I would highly recommend. My friends have used them however for large operations and they didn’t have issues with payouts. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022
