Excellent customer service all round

I've renewed my car insurance over a number of year as I really don't think I could find any better. I have broke down roadside few times this year which is stressful enough . I have the Platinum breakdown cover thankfully and I have been recovered and home/ garage within the hour. Phone calls are handled excellently and expertly always making sure I am safe and not in any danger which is reassuring. I was kept constantly informed by text that someone was on their way and able to track their journey. The recovery company also keep me informed as to the estimated time of arrival. My whole experience was 5 star and I can't recommend them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
