Really gone downhill

Really don’t bother if you want home contents insurance. You can only now “speak” to someone via their web chat option as they have removed the option to call and speak to someone and it takes forever to get someone to “chat” with. They then don’t answer your questions but instead palm you off onto another company. Gave up on getting a quote and went with another company instead. I currently have car insurance with them but I will be changing that asap. Such a shame as they used to be really helpful but now they only want your money without actually having to deal with you.
