Poor communication

Hi the name of your company is ONE CALL but trying to get hold of someone on the phone is impossible.. I went to renew my car insurance and spent 1hr 45mins on live chat!!! This was a joke, when my renew is up I will be looking for another broker that talks to its customers.. I am very said with the way I feel because I have been with you for s number of years..
