Lifetime customer with a people oriented insurer

My family has been insured with Onecall for as long as I can remember. Each year, I am prompted to look for a better deal. Not only have I not found better rates, I think I would not find better service, in an age where tech and not people are involved. I recommend One Call. Their paperwork is easy to understand with no 'hidden' clauses. You know at a glance what's insured, for how much and what you are paying. The bank statements clearly say what it is for (not a code).
