Terrible customer service and claims handing.

Took 2 months to resolve a claim and over 15 hours on hold in total over 10-15 phone calls. When you do get through the staff are curt and rude at best. Lodged a complaint 11th October, despite numerous phone calls since, have still not heard anything, 6 weeks later. Would rather have paid double the price and saved my self this hassle. Shockingly bad. Reviewed on: 21st November 2022
