Terrible Service should you have an accident

I was hit by a car on the 9/12/22, my car was recovered on the 10/12/22. It is now the 22/12/22 , i have added car hire option to my policy when i took it out. But 12 days later i have no courtesy car, no hire car. No decision if my car will be repaired or written off. The whole point of paying for the additional car hire options is so you will always have transport when the worse happens. I am cancelling my auto renewal on this policy the service is a disgrace.
