Treated like a criminal

I bought my policy back in march 2019 via compare the market. I have never defaulted on my payments and have received the renewal email each year stating that if you are happy to proceed you need to do nothing and payments will carry on. They also asked if my situation had changed, which it hadn’t from when I started the policy.
