Worst customer service ever received and bitterly disappointed

My experience of being a customer with Triodos has been receiving the worst customer service i have ever encountered. I have been trying to organise an international transfer for over two months and it has still not arrived. Previously I attempted to transfer cash into an ISA with Triodos and experienced lengthy delays because Triodos send the transfer request form to the wrong address. This only came to light when I chased it up. Messages to the secure messaging service generally go unanswered and it is very difficult to make any progress on the phone. I asked if I could go into the bank to speak to someone but was told this was not possible. I’ve emailed the Triodos complaints email address twice and no answer. I would give no stars if this was an option. Incompetent and untrustworthy. So disappointed because Itransferred my account to Triodos for ethical reasons but will now look to move elsewhere.
