Friendly, ethical bank

I've been with Triodos for a few years now and am so pleased to have made the move. Moving itself was easy and went without a hitch. The main benefit of being with Triodos is their customer service. You are aware that you are speaking to people who are engaged and willing to help. In addition, it is one of the few businesses that does not Greenwash its services - something I see as tantamount to deceiving customers - but is genuinely engaged in green and ethical issues.
