A secure and responsive online banking service.

Secure and responsive online messaging service. Prompt response to messages, requests for help or advice. Good monitoring and action taken on large or unusual transactions from an account. Efficient, secure and ethical

For me, the top three top reasons to bank with Triodos are; They respond to queries very promptly and helpfully - and will follow up quickly with any outstanding matters. Their security and anti-fraud measures are top notch and are under constant review and improvement. They lend and invest ethically to ecologically aware companies and also lending to small businesses. Their updates on recipients of their loans are regular and most interesting.
