Fast, easy and supportive.

Extremely fast process and easy form to fill in. Was simple to get through to customer service agents for any queries throughout process and they answered everything with great detail and care. They reached out for further information at one point and it was communicated effectively resulting in my not having to ask further questions or why they were asking this.
