Worst financial experience I have ever had

Very delayed response from customer service despite being plus member since I joined. Decided to close my account for no reason and could not transfer my shares ( have to sell all then buy some where else) which means you loose fx rate each way. Some funds has disappeared and still can’t find it. I would steer away from them specially after their expansions without having enough staff for customer support. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023
