Poor service

Poor customer service. I decided to give up the premium stuff as I did not get quick responses to the chat messages. The one shining light on "customer service" was the superb work by two heavy community contributors (@NielB and especially @bitflip). @NeilB made it a fun place and wanted to stick around with Freetrade because it was "cool". Whereas @bitflip gave no-nonsense help and seemed to do a lot of the cleaning up that made the site easier to navigate. Alas, they were both chased off by (incompetent) management. On the plus side for many pockets this might be the cheapest place for you - but do your sums Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
