Dark Ages Systems

My wife and I hold ISA accounts that we each have chosen to transfer to another provider. Our application to transfer has hit a block. Other societies use electronic systems but this one seems to use paper and cheques. Despite our two different new providers saying they have made requests DBS say they haven’t received them and that is because they check the post while everyone else seems to use an electronic banking system.
