First time saver in my mid thirties!

I’ve always struggled to budget and save. However hard I’ve worked or how much I increased my earnings they never seemed to stretch far enough. Raising a young family, my cost of living had risen with or sometimes beyond my earnings. Working every hour possible I never seemed to have anything left and whenever I did, a random high cost would pop up, car breaking down, boiler problems, school shoes and on and on. Plum has helped me really focus on my direct debit bills and irregular spending habits. I have now been able to save a good amount. I’ve set aside funds for life’s emergencies and one off surprises by dividing into separate saving pots. I’ve even begun investing for the first time in my working life. Thankyou Plum!
