Zopa have been great from the beginning

Zopa have been great from the beginning when I applied for a loan till today 2 years later. Inbetween this I had lost my job and they were so understanding and never felt pressured and explained everything so clearly. Never have a felt as though I was less of a person, they speak to me like a person not just a job Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

Quick, easy, efficient

From the beginning it was quick and easy, when i got behind when i lost my job they were helpful not forceful and helped me get back on track without the nasty phonecalls. Overall the experience has been great and I wouldn't go any where else Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023
