Always easy to deal with, great app and customer services. Always get through to them quickly when I have to call them. Overdraft is very cheap if I ever need it. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Easy, happy banking

You get through to the customer service helpline within a few rings- no pressing buttons or hold music! The overdraft is extremely cheap, online banking and mobile banking app are easy to use, and there are lots of add ons like savings accounts that you can apply for. I love my bank. Best Current Account I've Ever Had

I love this account and bank. They're so easy to contact on the phone- no pressing number options or queues. The online banking and app are great and user friendly. The overdraft is a bargain. The bonus on sign up is brilliant too. I have stayed with them for a few years now and have no intention of leaving. I have found my forever bank! Reviewed on: 15th November 2016

I first went with Petplan as I had heard only good things about them. However I was still a bit sceptical as they are an insurance company after all! But since my cat has suffered with recurring cystitis this year they have been nothing but helpful. Easy claims process, helpful emails and letters to let me know how my claim is going, and nothing too hard or complicated. The cover I chose resets every year for the life of my pet which really puts my mind at ease that my cat is looked after. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2016
