Chip customer first mentality

Chip has really helped me to improve finances by offering a competitive savings account and focusing on customer experience unlike old fashioned financial institutions who are more interested in profits via low interest rates on savings accounts and poor customer experience. Modern solution to a current issue

Very easy to open account. Great features to aid saving and ensuring customers can make their money earn as much interest as possible whilst still being able to easily deposit/withdraw quickly. I couldn't fault Chip in ensuring their accounts are also top tier rates unlike many other banks who are happy to pay paltry interest rates. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023
