After being fed up at the appalling ISA rates offered by TSB I moved my money into premium bonds and have had solid returns on my investment with a win approximately every other month. The 'safe' gamble adds to the thrill and I know my 'losses' would only be the negligible guaranteed interest of a bank savings account

I'm new to Starling and have only just begun to use it for international travel transactions but I'm considering moving to using it as my main bank account. The app is really innovative and usefully breaks down and tracks spending.

I have been with TSB for many, many years and while I get on well with the app and find their Internet banking quite intuitive there are several reasons why I have started to look into competitors. The closure of branches including city center ones have left me with a 50-60 mile round trip if I need in branch support. Frequent international travel has cost me dearly with charges for overseas transactions (I've moved to Starling for this reason)
And finally, appalling ISA rates means I've removed around 30k from my savings with TSB and opted for premium bonds instead!

I've taken advantage of the wealthify promotional offer to invest £50 and receive £50 cashback at the end of a one year term. Its a no loss opportunity. Investment performing fine so far. I'm only around a month in and no major dips or rises yet (quite decent for a high risk option).
