Overall, I've been happy with PayPal Credit.

Overall, I've been happy with PayPal Credit. It's convenient to use, the application process was straightforward, and the promotional finance offers can be really useful. My only criticism is how payments are allocated when you have multiple purchases. I assumed that making substantial payments each month would reduce my oldest promotional balance, but instead the payments appeared to be applied elsewhere. As a result, a 0% promotional purchase wasn't cleared before the offer ended, and I was charged interest despite having paid far more than the original purchase amount into the account over that period. It would be much clearer and fairer if customers could choose which purchase their payments are applied to, or if the app made payment allocation more transparent.
