Review of the Triodos Bank, Current account:

Best bank on every scale

I banked with Barclays, Metro, Co-op, and Nationwide before finally finding a home with Triodos. Where every other bank has turned into a massive let down, from dodgy investments and hidden corruption to just terrible customer services, I was ready to give up on finding a decent bank and just hide money under my mattress until Triodos expanded their services to include current accounts. From the moment they started this service, I signed up and have never looked back. They have been extremely helpful whenever I've needed them, they talk to their customers like real people and have a genuine positive attitude - not the stereotypical fake corporate positivity - it's genuine humanity. Their updates on apps and services is constantly improving, and they keep exceptional communication with customers on all of the changes they'll make. Last but not least by any means, it's rather the icing on the cake - they're actually ethical. Rather than false platitudes and manipulative CSR, they help promote ethical business and not for profits, their newsletter is constantly filled with amazing stories that actually inspire and help connect customers to the others sharing the in this banking community .
