Get paid early! Shame about the customer service..

After banking with Monzo for around 12 months, I have found the app to be very user friendly and I love their feature “get paid early”, which allows you to receive your salary the day before it is due. However, should you need to contact Monzo for help or advice, it can be a challenge with long wait times in the app chat service. I have contacted the team at Monzo a few times and found their general attitude to be rather impersonal and unhelpful. For this reason I would not recommend Monzo as a main banking provider.
