Needs improvement

Metro always seem to be doing app improvements when I need to access my account in an emergency. The pending transactions always seem to be bi weekly which means you never really know or always confused with how much is actually in your account. The process of requesting a new password/ postcode needs to be reviewed as that should be done instantly but often you have to wait a week for a password to come in the post that never does.
