Excellent to deal with

Of all the banks that I've had accounts with in the last 20yrs, they are by far the easiest to contact. By phone you speak to actual humans, who explain things in a way that is easy to understand, and if any has gone wrong (my details were used by someone when I purchased something online during lockdown), they notice the problem before it caused me a loss of money and gave me lots of tips to make online spending safer. Also they have dog biscuits in the branches which is lovely. I recommend them to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
