metro bank is the best bank i have ever been with!!!

Allways a pleasure bamking with metro bank. They make it so much easier than the normal banking groups. The customer service starts from the moment you walk through the door. Someone is allways on hand to greet you and attend to your need. Having needed a replacement card on quite a few occasions i have walkedd into my local branch and walked back out with my new card within 10 min. You wont get that service anywhere else.
